Automation Command Center

A working control surface for the Core intake, referral, client-submission, operator, payment, upload, calendar, recovery, partner-update, and cancellation lanes. The native GHL path is proven live. The bridge routes are online and can be previewed safely without creating test contacts.

Live Client Path

1. Submit

Lead enters through the native GHL intake form.

2. Trigger

Form Submitted enrolls the contact into the published workflow.

3. Tag

The workflow applies the intake/payment-lock state.

4. Wait

The contact pauses at the required condition gate.

5. Unlock

After the gate is met, tags and next steps move forward.

6. Handoff

Staff follow-up, payment, upload, or calendar work continues.

Bridge Preview

Route preview output will appear here.

12 Workflow Lanes

These are the operating lanes for the Core build. They show the source, the route, the gate, the expected status, and the tags/fields that make the process traceable.

Delivery Status Matrix

This is the clean separation for the call: what is live in GHL today, what is built and showable, what transfers on handoff, and what should not be represented as live until the client-side gates are connected.

Live In Client GHL

  • Published workflow: CCS - Intake Capture / Payment Locked.
  • Native form: CCS Partner Client Intake.
  • Live proof: native form enrollment reached the Wait condition.
  • Deleted workflows tab checked with no deleted workflows visible.

Built And Showable

  • 12-lane automation command center.
  • 4 Cloudflare Worker bridge routes.
  • Dry-run previews for lead, partner, client, and operator paths.
  • Dashboard/site pages, route code, and proof artifacts.

Gated Activation

  • Client-location GHL private integration token.
  • Contract/signature provider connection.
  • Payment processor, product, pricing, and invoice settings.
  • Calendar availability, booking rules, and final webhook values.

Do Not Overclaim

  • Do not say 12 separate GHL workflows are live in the client account.
  • Do not say an n8n build exists unless an n8n export is present.
  • Do not say a GHL snapshot export exists unless a snapshot artifact is present.
  • Say spec, bridge route, or live workflow based on evidence.

5 Final Automation Chains

These are the final GHL delivery chains from the install map. One is live now; the other four are mapped and ready for account-side activation once the required client settings are connected.

4 Bridge Routes

The bridge routes are the website-to-CRM handoff layer. Dry-run preview proves the routing and tag logic without creating contacts. Live writes stay gated until the correct client-location token is connected.

SMS Readiness

SMS copy is prepared for the highest-value touchpoints. Actual sending stays gated until the client phone number, A2P/Trust Center approval, opt-in capture, and GHL workflow send steps are connected.

Templates prepared Workflow placement mapped Consent required A2P/phone setup required

Call Demo Order

Use this order when screen-sharing so the buyer sees the working process first, then the architecture, then the remaining account-side gates.

1Open live form

Show the native GHL intake form that triggers the published workflow.

2Show GHL workflow

Open the workflow list and show the published intake/payment-lock workflow.

3Show 12 lanes

Scroll this page to the operating map and point to each lane’s From, To, Gate, Status, and Proof.

4Run dry-run route

Use Bridge Preview to show tags and next actions without adding another contact.

5Name the gates

Close with the client-token, payment, contract, calendar, and webhook settings needed for final cutover.

Handoff Contents

6 handoff folders. 240 handoff files. 9 final GHL delivery files. 20,017 source/code lines across 63 source/code files.
Dashboard and site source. GHL install kit and workflow map. Bridge Worker route code. Audit screenshots, proof notes, and final documentation.

Live Evidence To Show

Client location shows one published workflow. Deleted workflows tab shows no deleted workflow rows. Native form proof enrollment reached the Wait action. Test proof contact was removed after verification. Health endpoint returns 4 configured bridge routes.

Final Cutover Gates

Client-location Private Integration token: required for the Cloudflare bridge to create contacts directly inside the client GHL location.
Contract/payment condition: the workflow waits until the required signed or paid state exists.
Consent/report connection: upload, report access, and provider handoff wait for authorization.
Staff approval: operator, white-label, refund, and sensitive route decisions require human approval before activation.

What Is Ready To Demonstrate

Native GHL form opens and accepts a submission. Published GHL workflow enrolls the submitted contact. Enrollment history shows the form-submitted reason and current Wait action. Worker health returns configured routes. Dry-run route preview returns tags and next actions without polluting GHL.
